What is lifePACT?
lifePACT is an opportunity – YOUR OPPORTUNITY – to live your life in a way that aligns with your values.
Simply put, lifePACT is a series of four adult psychoeducational courses designed to teach practical coping skills for managing overwhelming emotions. These courses help participants understand what’s happening in their minds and bodies during times of stress and emotional pain—and, most importantly, give them tools they can use right away to respond more effectively.
lifePACT was created as a solution.
Originally developed during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic to meet soaring mental health needs when individual counseling capacity was limited, lifePACT is grounded in evidence-based practices that have shown meaningful outcomes, including reduced anxiety and depression symptoms, greater emotional regulation, and improved overall well-being.
What became clear through the experience of delivering this curriculum: lifePACT is not just for one population or one moment of crisis. Whether someone is facing illness, loss, caregiving stress, family change, or the everyday challenges of being human, these skills are universally relevant.
lifePACT equips people to stay present, align their choices with their values, and navigate life’s biggest challenges with greater resilience and compassion—for themselves and others.
The lifePACT curriculum:
